- Design process → Takes 3 to 7 days
- Production & delivery → Takes 7 to 20 days
- Cancellation within 24 hours: You can cancel your order up to 24 hours after placing it. A 100% refund will then be issued.
- Cancellation after 24 hours: If you wish to cancel your order after the 24-hour period, you can request it, provided that production has not yet started. In this case, a 50% refund will be issued.
- After production has started: Once production has begun, it is no longer possible to cancel the order.
